The patient will not need repeated correction or additional procedures. The unique method of crosslinking hyaluronate molecules makes it impossible for them to be quickly destroyed under the influence of external factors. The stabilization process includes five stages, starting with traditional biofermentation and crosslinking of hyaluronate molecules with the BDDE agent according to the generally accepted method. This is followed by additional dilution of the already stabilized polymer and its secondary crosslinking using the patented KPM technology, thanks to which it is possible to obtain a universal gel with zones of different density and viscosity. This texture is ideal for filling medium-level wrinkles and is guaranteed to exclude further migration of the gel under the influence of pressure, physical exertion and other factors. The dense part of the filler is located between the fibers and lifts damaged tissues. The gel, which is more viscous and softer in texture, fills the narrowest depressions, providing a lifting effect and smoothing out uneven relief. Due to the areas of different gel density, it is possible to achieve uniform filling of all depressions and furrows to achieve a natural appearance. Due to cross-linking, hyaluronic acid is able to retain and collect a lot of moisture around itself and, thus, activate the processes of regeneration and restoration of the skin much faster (synthesis of elastin, collagen and its own hyaluronate).

The filler composition is supplemented with lidocaine to eliminate unpleasant sensations during injections and make the drug easier to administer. Belotero Balance Lidocaine is suitable for aesthetic correction of age-related changes.

The ideal ratio of viscosity, elasticity and cohesiveness of the filler provides volumetric correction of skin defects with an excellent tightening effect and superficial smoothing of wrinkles.

Scope of application of Belotero Balance Lidocaine
elimination of various depressions on the skin caused by natural aging processes (wrinkle grid, “crow’s feet”) or injuries (scars, hems);
change of contours of some parts of the face (chin, cheekbones, cheeks, forehead);
increase in volume and correction of the shape of the lips;
elimination of nasolabial folds and interbrow wrinkles;
superficial correction of wrinkles in areas with thin skin using the Blanching technique (neck, forehead).

The injection correction procedure is performed on an outpatient basis in a specialized cosmetology salon. The session begins with careful removal of makeup and treatment of the skin with antiseptics. Injections are performed using different techniques, depending on the tasks and the severity of the changes. To reduce punctures on the skin, cannulas with the thinnest walls are used, which provide maximum comfort from the procedure for both the doctor, since less pressure is required on the piston, and for the patient.
Contraindications and recovery period

The recovery period lasts several days, when redness, swelling and soreness in the puncture sites disappear. Discoloration of the treated areas, the development of hematomas and erythema are extremely rare. In order for the result of contouring to be as long as possible, it is necessary to follow simple rules.

First, it is recommended to abandon dense cosmetics for several days and use products with a gentle texture.
Secondly, two weeks after the procedure, you should cover yourself from direct sunlight, avoid sudden temperature changes and reduce the intensity of physical activity.

In some cases, the use of the Belotero Balance Lidocaine filler is contraindicated:
childhood;
acute infections and inflammations;
