Liporase hyaluronidase depolymerizing enzyme is an effective neutralizer of the negative effects of using fillers with hyaluronic acid. The drug reduces the risk of fibrosis and necrosis, increases the permeability of tissues and stimulates the active work of fibroblasts.

The South Korean drug Liporase contains the highly active depolymerizing enzyme hyaluronidase 1500 units, which breaks down excess hyaluronic acid into glucosamine and glucuronic acid. In addition, the drug increases the viscosity of hyaluronic acid, which contributes to changes within the dermis and connective tissue, improving the permeability of cell membranes. In places of scars or scars, the skin becomes elastic and smooth, folds and wrinkles are smoothed out. The action of the enzyme favorably affects the vital activity of fibroblasts and the splitting of protein structures.
Scope of application of Liporase hyaluronidase 1500 units.
Liporase hyaluronidase is synthesized in the cytoplasm of cells and the intercellular space of the human body. It is a universal enzyme with a wide spectrum of action, thanks to which the bioavailability of many drugs that are administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly increases. In cosmetology, the drug is particularly successful in the rapid elimination of hyaluronic acid, in order to avoid undesirable consequences from injection procedures. Liporase is not suitable for correction of excessive amounts of silicone, collagen, lactic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite, as well as for hypersensitivity to them.
Among the main indications for the introduction of Liporase hyaluronidase are: treatment of fibrous cellulite and granuloma; reducing the risks of edema and fibrosis after lipoplasty of the breast and chin area; correction of excess hyaluronic acid; prevention of necrosis; combating the Tendal effect (the formation of blue pigments on the skin after injections with hyaluronic acid); preparation for plastic surgery to remove scars and scars.
The drug Liporase hyaluronidase is presented in the form of a powder in the amount of 1500 units, which is pre-mixed with a sterile physiological solution. It is important to remember that the drug is supplied in its pure form without preservatives and must be used immediately after dilution. The effect of the medicine lasts an average of 48 hours.
