The preparation of hyaluronidase lipolase is 1500 units of lyophilized powder and is diluted with 0.9% NaCl solution.
Liporaz is a KFDA (Korea Food and Drug Administration) approved hyaluronidase.
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme used to dissolve unwanted or misplaced hyaluronic acid fillers. Liporaze hyaluronidase begins to break down hyaluronic acid as soon as it enters the injection area.
Depending on the concentration of HA, the effect becomes noticeable after 24-48 hours.
Liporaz can also be used to enhance the effect of lipolytic injections.
After opening the bottle should be used within 48 hours.
Liporaz is highly biocompatible with the human body, so it easily binds to the natural components of the skin and subcutaneous cells without causing complications.
Store in a refrigerator at 2° to 8°C and do not freeze.
Protocol of the procedure
Do a patch test to make sure you don’t have an allergic reaction. Administer Liporase Hyaluronidase subcutaneously and wait 20 minutes to assess for allergic reactions. Redness and slight swelling after the injection is normal. Do not continue treatment with Liporase in case of hives or other signs of allergy.
The drug is easily introduced into problem areas using the injection technique to a depth of at least 1 cm (deep layers of the dermis). When dissolving dermal fillers, add 1.5 ml of saline 0.9% NaCl to the Liporase Hyaluronidase vial. Carefully and slowly swirl the vial to mix, do not shake too much. Take the mixture with a syringe and slowly inject it into the area where you need to dissolve the filler. The filler with hyaluronic acid will immediately begin to dissolve and is naturally absorbed by the body. Check the area for signs of filler after 1 week. If the traces have not disappeared, repeat the procedure.
When adding fat-soluble injectables, mix 5 mL of 0.9% NaCl in saline with 1 vial of hyaluronidase. Inject the lipase solution into the area where the lipolysis injection will be performed. After completing the hyaluronidase injection, follow the instructions for the lipolytic injection product.
Course – 2 sessions with an interval of 7 days.
